Then it's probably not an iron issue I am NOT a doctor however sounds like it could be smth like pots or a blood pressure thing. Could be not having enough salt. There's a lot of reasons but an iron deficiency is just the most common. Increasing my salt intake really helped me when I had fainting problems a while back but again I'm not a doctor. I take blood pressure stuff now so it keeps me stable. Anyways good luck with that.
