The progression of my handstands tonight. The last one had zero false starts!! 3 weeks ago a 2 handed handstand against the pole terrified me so much I physically froze and my body refused to do it. Last week I could only do it with my hands a maximum of 12 inches off the ground, a mat on the other side of the pole, and @whitetiger1213 ready to catch me/push my hips up to the pole. She suggested practicing against the wall (which I was still to afraid to try until Monday) Last night I did it on my own, with my hands on the ground, no mat, and Sheila in my "bubble". Tonight after warming up by practicing against the wall I got it on my own, with no mat, no spot, and my hands at waist height!!!
