ABOUT ME

Hello, I’m Eliza—but most people just call me Liza 👻🎱

I’m (25 • Scorpio baby) and I tend to describe myself as a cozy little chaos gremlin of storytelling, late-night plotting, and way too many emotional attachments to fictional characters.

Around Tumblr and writing spaces, you may also see me go by “Liza Laden.” Yes… that Liza Laden. And yes, I’m fully aware of how attached I am to that name and everything it represents. I proudly wear it like a badge of honor ♡

I’m a professional paranormal investigator in real life, which basically means I spend a lot of time in old buildings, dark hallways, and places that absolutely feel like they should not be silent. That energy definitely spills into my writing and my love for horror-based storytelling.

I’m also a massive fan of spooky aesthetics, emotional narratives, slow-burn tension, and stories that feel like they linger long after you’ve stopped reading them.

PROJECT FEAR / PARANORMAL INFLUENCE

If you know me from anywhere, there’s a good chance you also know I’m deeply connected to paranormal content and storytelling in that space.

I absolutely love analyzing episodes, discussing evidence, and diving into theories. I could talk for hours about investigations, unexplained moments, and the emotional side of paranormal storytelling.

It’s not just admiration—it’s full-blown dedication at this point, and I’m not even trying to hide it anymore.

WRITING STYLE

I consider myself an advanced novella-style writer, meaning my replies tend to be detailed, descriptive, and emotionally driven.

I love writing:

• Slow-burn tension

• Emotional storytelling

• Character development over time

• Found family dynamics

• Horror-inspired plots

• Romance with angst and depth

• Immersive worldbuilding

However, I do adjust based on my muse, energy, and the flow of the thread. Sometimes shorter replies happen, sometimes longer ones take over—it really depends on what the scene calls for.

I value storytelling over strict structure. Chemistry and flow always matter more than formatting or length.

I’m 20 years old (my main blog is @themlpasouefan but I’m also @beautifulfrickinupdates) and welcome to the J.D. writing/ask blog!

This had originally started as a “dumping ground of in character writing and vibes” but has grown into a shockingly semi-successful roleplay blog so I thought an official introduction was in order! A pleasure to meet you!

RP Rules & Boundaries:

- I’m game to rp with almost anyone, all you have to do is ask or send something in! I can get a bit busy or scared to reach out first but I promise I want to write with you!

- Admin is 20 (an adult!) and as a result feels uncomfortable to rp recuperated romantic feelings or nsfw with an known underage writer! (JDronica is also canon in the account’s current main rp storyline)

- Admin is fictionkin and has a tendency of getting psychically ill due to the memories of/attachment to the character involved so I reserve the right to not answer an ask if it ever effects those specific boundaries.

- General trigger warnings for the character apply here: Parental death and trauma, abuse, violence, self-harm and suicide, but I try to mark the posts with trigger warnings if possible!

- My dms are always open if you want to ask specific questions about boundaries and what I’d be comfortable writing with you!

- I reserve the right to refuse any ask or rp request if it gets overwhelming or makes me uncomfortable for any reason. I am also not obligated to main anyone or have a storyline with a certain blog unless I want to! Rp is meant to be fun and I want to keep it fun!

- In the same vein, if I reach 15+ unanswered asks I will close the ask box until everything is sorted out so I don’t get overwhelmed by all the work.
