Note: I know that Avast doesn't create the ads themselves and that they are delivered by a third party. If they can target ads then they can exclude ads. This is just lazy and stupid. It just shows how inept both companies are.
AdChoices is an adware program used to display advertisements on users’ PCs in order to generate advertising revenue. It is also considered as a potentially unwanted program, since it often gets into users’ computer without asking for any approval.

Can you use AdSense on Bangla/Bengali Sites?

Why Bangla/Bengali sites are not accepted?
In AdSense, Bangla is not an accepted language and advertisers also can not choose Bangla as language target in AdWords. If you show ads on Bangla sites, it might not be relevant for the advertisers. And they might also complain to Google that the sites not showing ads to the relevant audience. And if advertisers are not happy, Google is also not happy. Because, it's their money that they spend.
What might happen if you use AdSense on Bangla/Bengali sites?
In most cases, AdSense shows contextual ads (ads shown based in content on the page). Bangla is in no way contextual. Therefore, yours ads from AdSense may be harmful for advertisers. So, if you use AdSense on Bangla sites, your AdSense may be blocked or banned.
What about AdChoices?
AdChoices, is different than AdSense. It is not contextual, it is based on the interest of the visitor. In that case, Bangla sites also can be useful. But, Google has not allowed AdChoices, since it is controlled from same AdWords Dashboard.
How come I see Bangla/Bengali sites using AdSense?
But, you might see some high traffic Bangla sites using Google Ads (e.g. Prothom-Alo.com). But, it's not AdSense. They are using DoubleClick for Publishers.
