Ribbit abstracted bc Jax didn't accept their feelings

SO

I like to think that Ribbit abstracted because she had feelings for Jax and when she told him he made fun of them, trying to conceal his own feelings and the severity of the rejection caused Ribbit to abstract in their room that "night".

Jax did like them back but hated himself too much to be "nice"

Made a small comic (that I accidentally lined with blue AUGH??) lol LOOK AT IT

It had LOTS of parallels with pomni and Jax's fight in ep6 and the reason Jax almost abstracted at the show was that he was having flashback to the night that Ribbit abstracted.

The reason of ribbit abstraction wasn't just romantic feelings btw. JUST like pomni and Jax in ep6, they had a bond build up. Ribbit thought that Jax was unraveling and finally showing her the real him but got in the face with this instead.

Also I'm not saying this is a theory bc I don't expect anything really romantic from the show lol. So just a headcanon.
