Day 5 down... . . . . Woke up with barely any headache. Felt more refreshed, but know I definitely didn't sleep that well. Felt fuller longer and felt more satisfied with meals. One thing I've learned as I sit on my plane back to Portland, traveling can be done... but you've really got to think about your meals. This is definitely harder when on the go, day after day. I did all I could to stay hydrated in the CA heat!!! β’ Meal 1: literally had no time this morning before having to be at a meeting, so I stopped at @starbucks and got a protein snack box, didn't eat the cheese, honey, or biscuit, but instead had the two hard boiled eggs, the fruit and got an additional fruit cup... then washed it all down with a trenta iced green tea! β’ Meal 2: Did a working lunch at the office and ordered in @nickthegreek - opted for the Prasini salad no feta cheese and got the lemon vinaigrette.
