Counseling and Case Management:
Available to: men, women, or transgender individuals.
Certified Addictions Counselor and Case Manager are available during the hours of Monday through Friday (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)- to refer individuals to treatment and other support services for their housing, legal, health and mental health services, job training and other needs
No walk-ins Monday (but might be told to come back a certain time another day), other days can just walk-in and usually see someone.
LGBTQ centered Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) recovery groups

Poz People is a free, weekly, peer-led support group for HIV-positive individuals in the LGBT community. The group focuses on all aspects of living with HIV/AIDS in a safe and confidential setting.

Akanni
Black Transmen, Inc. presents Akanni, a support group for all transgender men that are conforming and non-conforming at any stage in their transition process. Akanni is a safe, respectful, and confidential environment where transmen can share their story and their journey. Akanni is from the Yoruba language meaning profitable encounter.
The Rainbow Youth Alliance is a support group for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning teens and their allies. RYA is a safe place to ask questions, find mutual support, and learn information pertinent to their lives. Sponsored by PFLAG Baltimore & the GLCCB, RYA - Baltimore meetings include discussion groups, movies, projects, art, and guest speakers in a safe and supervised environment. Teens between 13 and 19 years of age are welcome, regardless of their gender or orientation. You only need to bring an open heart and mind.
A weekly discussion, support, and social group for all young adult LGBT identified or questioning individuals and their allies. The mission of the group is to grow a peer-to-peer support network as well as provide a safe and inclusive environment where members can learn about and openly discuss LGBT issues. In addition, the group will offer the opportunity for local social meet-ups, events and volunteer opportunities outside of meeting days.
