Children’s Programs:
Childrens library M-Th 10am-2pm with space for children to read, draw, or play; children are allowed to take and keep books from the library
Clothing:
Clothing and toiletries are available M & T (what time) for men and children, W & Th what time? for women and children
Allowed to get clothing once every 2 weeks
Men: professional clothing “Attire 4 Hire” available for interviews or major life events (i.e. graduation, new job, etc.), including one suit, two shirts, two ties, a belt, socks, and a pair of shoes. need an appointment? or available during mens clothing times?
Communication:
Secure mail service M-Th 10am-2pm with some form of ID
Technical resource center open M-F 10am-1:30pm (but from 10am-12pm it is only open for job-related computer use)
Phone calls only for following up on a job opportunity, making a doctors appointment, finding a place to live, and other business matters on M-Th 10am-2pm
Counseling and Case Management:
Counseling services and case management from 10am-2pm
Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation:

Education and Training:
Individuals enrolled in community job training program have access to: one-on-one computer skills training, basic financial training, free internet access, help with resume building and applying for jobs and benefits
The center partners with South Baltimore Learning Center to offer GED classes in spring and fall when? how to enroll?
Financial Assistance:
Providing assistance with utilities (M & Th by appointment), mainly preventing gas and electric from being shut off (BGE), or getting it turned back on
Health Care:
Prescription assistance M-Th 10am-2pm
Emergency dental extractions M-Th 10am-2pm
HIV testing & oral cancer screenings Th 10am
Prostate cancer screenings
Identification:
M-Th from 10am-2pm: assistance in acquiring identification (birth certificates, state-issued MVA ID cards) (on sheet says mondays before 8 and tuesdays before 8)-what does that mean
Nourishment:
Hot lunch available with healthy options what time
Dinner each Wednesday from 5:30pm-7pm;
Emergency pantry available M-Th 10am-2pm: first come, first serve
Permanent and/or Supportive Housing:
Eviction prevention
Transportation:
Bus tokens provided for: traveling to and from medical appointments, job interviews, the first week or two of a new job, and when leaving the center with groceries from the pantry M-Th 10am-2pm;
Assistance with bus passes for disabled individuals
