I think I finally got everything out of my system now and my detox can start over again.
No processed sugar, but maybe a bit of honey if my sweet tooth needs it.
No flour, but almond flour will do to make something bread like if needed.
Nothing made from crap - which is mostly foods I used to eat...
I have binged for the last few days, but have been half good and this is reflected mainly by the fact that I have neither lost nor gained any weight these last 2 weeks. The wife has finally started to declutter the back bedroom (and our lives haha) so I now have a workout area.
I am gonna do some basic calisthenics during my detox to help burn off a few calories more and get the horrible sugar shit out of me. I am gonna have a clean 4 weeks - no cheats - and see if I can get my carb intake lower and my fat intake much higher.
This is a stupid cycle I need to break - badly - and I will get this right... even if it means the death of me...
Which is technically true. I am trying to kill off the Phil that likes to binge on crap non stop and have no regard for his health. I am trying to be a new kind of Phil that gets lean and healthy and embraces the better things in life.
