Drinking plenty of water is important. Why state the obvious? Well not all the time do we drink water throughout the day on a daily basis. Sometimes daily tasks tend to cockblock our time in simply just drinking water. I'm guilty of this but I try to reflect on how I missed out on drinking water. I strategize for the next time I do a particular "cockblock" task, I'll for sure get my daily water intake.
