OPEN • Throughout the journey of my first pregnancy I’ve done my best to take each day as it arrives with little to no expectation. I find myself slowing way wayyyy down and trusting the process of change and ensuring that I’m doing feels good. My movements and practice have shifted considerably but I feel like I’m learning what it’s like to start all over again and find myself falling even more in love with the practice of #yoga. I feel open to possibility. For years I’ve told my students that the goal of yoga is to feel good and let me tell you, pre-natal yoga is one of the most soothing things for feeling good in the body. I crave these early morning practices where I crawl out of bed and land in my hOMe. I am rediscovering my body every time I arrive on my mat.
