so I listened to Kinda I Want To - Purest Feeling version and slowed it down. I'm not sure but I hear the voice of a lady in the intro say something like:

"your specific type… how shall I say this… certain peculiarities […] you need women"

or "certain peculiarities of […] when/well you need women" it's so blurry but the "you need women" is clear. It sounds like she was giving him advice not to give into this thing he's begging for the entire song.
