100%, I find that when I just want to sit around doing nothing rather than what I planned to do it's better to just give into whatever urge I have. If I try to focus and sit around doing nothing then I do nothing. If I play 3 hours of video games and before I clean my kitchen then I still cleaned my kitchen.
