i think i’ll start blanket referring to wasps as “pollinators” when people hate on them. bc a lot of people who want to believe they love insects and the world are so comfortable moralizing wasps & hornets. so next time someone’s like “i love bees but wasps are evil” i’ll be like “oh that’s crazy, you hate pollinators?” perhaps it will give them pause
