Murder on the Mr. Kill Express?
Okay, this post has a spoiler for Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express. So if that would bother you, please quit reading now.
Everyone who isn't bothered by that, are you still on board? It's time for a clown for the Mr. Kill series.
Various posters, including myself, have engaged in speculation as to who might be involved with the various killings that are happening and continue to happen in Mr. Kill.
So far, the suspects include:
Thun, the news anchor (by hypnosis)
Nop, the cop (because he called Phat to the crime scene to get K there)
Kitti, the supervisor cop (because he's insistent on being in charge of the case)
K (as having Disassociative Identity Disorder)
Kim (did he do the killings that took place before he was captured?)
We could also add Phat's uncle, because he took Phat off the case.
What it we had a Murder on the Orient Express situation here? In Murder on the Orient Express, it turns out virtually every passenger on that train had beef with the murder victim and, in a delightful turn of events, it turned out that they all took part in killing the victim.
What if that's what we have here? That all of these people have beef with the various murder victims related to the case of 20 years ago and all of them are taking part in the plot to use K's (Mr. Kill's) manga to plan the murders?
That would be delicious. Any cop actually trying to stop the killings would be playing whack a mole, because the moment they inactivated one killer, another would take their place.
There's still the question of why it took 20 years as well as several years after the manga came out, but that's for another clown that I'm not prepared to make and a reveal that we haven't received yet.
