Listen. So Phil called Dan a storm and I can’t get this out of my head. Storm is a perfect word to describe Dan. He is unpredictable, loud, chaotic, infectious, his mood changes every second, he can light up your day or ruin it, but also he is beautiful, magnificent even, stunning and powerful. You can’t not look at him, he immediately averts your attention from everything except himself, just like every storm does, and he amazes you. You never know what comes next, you never know the meaning of his words and actions, you never know what’s in his head. Every day is a surprise and a roller coaster. He is a magnet but he also radiates with energy, so much energy sometimes that it can destroy everything. But you can’t live without that energy, you kinda need it in your life to feel alive, to feel the pulse of the world.
