YOU WILL NEVER BE READY.
Let’s be honest, the more we wait the more we overthink and when we over think we doubt and we all know what happens when we start doubting. We will never find our selves in the perfect situation for the goals we want to achieve. Making yourself wait or putting things off because you need to be “ready” is self-sabotage. Obviously know the difference between pushing yourself in the right direction and overworking yourself. If you are doubting yourself because of xyz and the reasons you put forth onto why you shouldn’t do something are due to fear of failure or fear of rejection, that’s just a sign that you are scared and don’t believe in yourself. If you feel that you physically can’t because it’s affecting your mental state and quality of life then that’s probably a reason to wait .
Forcing yourself to do something you wouldn’t have done otherwise is discipline. Reaching your goals requires discipline. I’m not going to sit here and type like I’m a perfect being because I’m not, I also struggle with aiming to better myself from time to time. Nobody is perfect and people who you view as such have worked and pushed themselves to flourish where they are. The difference between successful people and average people are those who do what others could not, those who don’t wait for the perfect opportunity but seek other alternatives to get the same result. Those who are not bound by one idea of success but are willing to try different ways to get what they want.
Don’t beat yourself later for something you could’ve done now and don’t reject the past instead of learning from it. The time is now…
Embody your potential.
Wait until you see why God had you wait.
Build more routines for yourself. A morning & bedtime routine, a study/work routine, a workout routine, a selfcare routine. Routines give us safety & stability, as humans we crave them and they make chaotic lives more predictable. It supports our mental health and sleep a lot and it's something very healing ♥︎
HOW TO START IMPLEMENTING CHANGE + STAY MOTIVATED
HAVE A REASON. It is going to be hard to start inputting change in your life if you do not even have a reason why. That reason also has to come from within, not from any other externalities (friends, school, work, family). This reason has to make you strive to be better.
If you’re unsure about your reason, write down times when you feel your happiest and when you feel your lowest, then notice any common themes.
BUILD DISCIPLINE. Discipline is the ability to be productive without hesitation or distractions. The only way to build it, is to practice it. Do the things you need/want to do, regardless of how you feel in the present.
Just remember, that you always feel better after committing to yourself.
MAKE YOUR PLAN SUSTAINABLE. Your routines and habits you want to implement, need to be at arm’s length for you. While I do believe in challenging yourself if your mind perceives that specific activity as ‘too hard’, it is going to make you avoid that task.
This is a reaction from your ego coming out of your comfort zone because it is so unfamiliar it wants to protect if anything ‘bad’ happens e.g. failure, loss of control and criticism.
Reminder, that part of you is not bad at all nor is it holding you back. It is the part of you that wants to keep you safe. For your ego to allow you to do tasks out of your comfort zone, it needs to be simple and easy. Then from there, you can build it up to your ideal habit or routine.
MAKE YOUR ENVIRONMENT INTENTIONAL. Your mind, space and the people around you need to be decluttered and serve a purpose. For your mind, avoid feeding it with an overload of information especially if you are not going to apply it. Minimise social media use and journaling instead of looking for a quick fix.
Your space, specifically your bedroom has to be the best place for you to grow. Everything in your room needs to serve a purpose, it has to be kept clean to ensure mind clarity and place intentional items around to support your goals (mantras, workout mat, water bottle, instruments).
The people around you have to support you and your journey. I don’t believe in the ‘value’ or ‘worth’ people have, but rather what you think of them. Someone could be the most overachieving and productive person ever, so they may inspire you, but what if they don’t wish the best for you? People who will support you regardless are the best resource ever.
BE FLEXIBLE. The ability to edit your habits or routine when needed so you can stick to a schedule or adapt to change is a powerful but underrated skill. Anything in life can happen, but if we want to stick to our goals, we need to develop flexibility.
The best way to develop flexibility is to try everything. For example, meditation. Do 5, 10, 15, and 20 minutes, try it in the morning, afternoon or evening, do a guided one or do it by yourself. To get flexible in a habit, you need to expand your capabilities in that habit.
ALWAYS SOMETHING RATHER THAN NOTHING. Typically during the day, we procrastinate because we want the challenging task to be perfect or we believe there’s not enough time/resources to do it.
However, just having that small progress each day is always better than nothing. One sentence is better than none, one healthy meal is better than none, 2 minutes of exercise is better than none etc.
HAVE GOALS THAT YOU LIKE. The reason so many people dislike doing their habits or routines is because it’s not stuff that’s enjoyable for them. It’s habits and routines that they got online from someone completely different.
Choose your favourite way of exercising, read your favourite books(even graphic ones!) and journal the way you want. If the steps to becoming your best self are steps that you dislike, then it is not your best self.
IDENTIFY THE WAY YOU SELF-SABOTAGE. If you are struggling to implement change, chances are there are small self-destructive behaviours that are in your routines that hold you back.
This could be major procrastination, doom-scrolling, an addiction or binge eating. You either have to completely extract these habits from your life or you can do these things in moderation.
TAKE REGULAR BREAKS. If you are being productive back-to-back and not allowing yourself to cool down, your motivation will deplete quickly. Have around 1-2 hours in your day doing anything you like.
If needed, after each task, take 5-10 minutes for yourself. However, do avoid your phone for these periods and try to be present in whatever you do here.
HAVE SOFT DAYS. Days in which you do not have to do anything hardcore or intense, and you’re just living. While yes, be somewhat productive but nothing too intense.
This can be your reset, detox or self care days, or all of them combined!

3. **Health and Wellness:** Prioritize your physical and mental well-being. Incorporate regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and sufficient sleep into your routine.
4. **Mindfulness and Self-Care:** Practice mindfulness to stay present and reduce stress. Incorporate self-care rituals into your routine, ensuring you take time for activities that bring you joy and relaxation.
5. **Build Strong Relationships:** Cultivate meaningful connections with friends, family, and colleagues. Invest time in building positive and supportive relationships.
6. **Financial Literacy:** Improve your financial knowledge and habits. Set a budget, save, and invest wisely to secure your financial future.
7. **Career Development:** Set professional goals, seek opportunities for growth, and stay adaptable in the ever-changing job market. Network and build a strong professional support system.
8. **Embrace Change:** Be open to change and view it as a chance for growth. Adaptability is a key skill in navigating life's uncertainties.
9. **Time Management:** Organize your time efficiently. Prioritize tasks, minimize distractions, and create a schedule that allows for both productivity and relaxation.
10. **Gratitude Practice:** Cultivate gratitude by reflecting on the positive aspects of your life. This mindset shift can enhance your overall well-being.

how to actually grow in 2024
introduction:
hey loves! to keep it short i don't like new years resolution's at all. this time each year all these adults talk about how this is the year they're going to lose weight or be more active, and it rarely ever works. most people fail their new year's resolutions because the concept in itself is flawed. but anyways, i know that a lot of people find them fun, so i'll give some tips on how to actually improve this year :)
why do resolutions fail?
theyre hard to measure. when people make their resolutions to 'eat healthier' or 'exercise more' it's not something you can really measure because it's not specific.
goals vs. habits:
how to grow:
create goals that're attainable and measureable. i like to avoid goals that're like "i want to workout everyday for 30 minutes", because that's more of a habit (working out daily) and also it's pretty hard to accomplish since there might be days when you're sick, or too busy, etc.
example:
instead of "i want to sew more in 2024" -> "i want to sew 10 projects in 2024"
instead of "i want to read more in 2024" -> "i want to read 10 books in 2024"
create a step by step plan. when you set a goal you need to think about HOW you're going to accomplish it. this is where daily habits come in.
alter your daily routine to incorporate new healthy habits. anytime i want to get a new habit i just do it little by little everyday. like read for 10 minutes or meditate for 5.
first of all: don't wait for new year's! i know it just feels good to think that the new year is when you're going to start doing all these things, but really you should be starting before then. don't wait
remember: progress ISNT linear!! you might have a month (or multiple) where you're really in a slump and not doing what you want to be doing, but that doesn't mean that you failed in any way. you don't need to wait for a new year to have a clean slate, just brush yourself off after these mistakes and keep going. progress isn't something that is constant- you have good times and bad times, you just need to keep doing your thing.
sending u all positive energy and all of my love :) -amy <3

2024 collection
Oh, look, the first one it's me, haha, that's so cool!!!! @2pretty you've been an inspiration to me for a long time, I'm glad I could be the same for you!! Bisous 💋💋
Ladies, I hope you are not letting yourselves go just because is winter or just because you're single. I don't want to see you with chapped lips, dry skin, cold hands, hair undone in that messy bun, wearing sweatpants and letting yourself go. Scrub your lips, put on lip balm, do your skincare routine, shave, take a bath, do your hair, dress nicely, feel better about yourself. Respect yourself 🖤💯
