I have seen many parallels created for sukuna with many Jjk characters like Gojo, Yuji and even with side characters like Maki and Toji too, but literally saw no such on his parallel with Geto, who is also the strongest and shares the burden of being one, I will try to link it with the priestess who represented his other path (the woman on left). Remind ya this just a speculation of mine.
That woman is probably a star plasma vessel like Riko and since the star plasma association existed since Tengen whatever happened to Riko could have happened to that priestess, but this is the least I believe cause they already died and was meant to die by the orders of star plasma association and death wouldn't be another path to choose.
The priestess was the Geto to his Gojo, that lady was probably his moral compass and sanity checker, probably saw him as human,an individual with needs and flaws and not like a god,curse or walking disaster that others saw him as. Some incident could have happened and I think it's a case where Gojo left Geto saying his morals, ideals are all bs. Sukuna rejected the court, the government and moved into forest, a full on Bear Grylls mode and probably that's how he got the "disgraced one" title cause he disobeyed the higher ups and the government . I also think he found uraume right after abandoning and starting his new life. Since he met uraume in the start of his new path, they represented his current path while the priestess meant a path where he didn't abandon her and lived without cursing others.
