September - 30 - 2017 🍁 12/100 days of productivity
This week was stressful, so this Saturday morning I relaxed a bit and watched ‘Wallander’. My mental health really needed that (I was also feeling a little bit sick and not productive at all). The afternoon was more productive. I’ve worked on some physics and right now I enjoy my cappuccino, chemistry homework and some music 😌☕️💛

Hey hey, long time no see… This is my desk at the moment. Feeling really overwhelmed by everything concerning uni. Most of the time I am tired and I do not have enough energy to start with studying, so I am/feel behind on my studying. Exams start in a week and a half, so there is not much time left and the stress is adding up. But the only way to get rid of this feeling, is to start… So at the moment I am taking notes of the first chemistry chapter to get into the habit of studying again :) (this is why i created my own little challenge (16 days of studying, ending on my last exam)).

but!! the sun was shining the whole day today
and omg i haven’t told u yet, i’m in quarantine :) my friend has covid (she’s well already and i haven’t had any symptoms). tomorrow 2 weeks have passed by since i’ve met her, so i can go outside again, although there’s not much to do besides getting groceries lmao, but i do miss fresh air & walking.
yea besides that i’m just trying to find joy in the little things hehe

reviewing my notes for my pharmacology exam tomorrow and drinking a good cup of tea.
✨19.12.2019 // creative writing is taking up most of my time right now, it’s interesting to challenge myself to write in different ways but I’m still enjoying it immensely. I may have to work through the holiday to catch up but hey ho (ho, ho - geddit). Hope everyone is dealing with end of year stress well ✨

more unconventional study tips
- if you drank coffee while revising, drink coffee before the exam. if you didn’t, don’t
- listen to one type of music (genre/artist) while revising a certain topic, listen to that music on your way to the exam
- wear the same colour nail polish/perfume when revising and when you’re in the exam
- keep your sleep schedule the same. try to get 8 hours while revising and also the night before the exam. don’t stay up cramming and exhaust yourself
- it’s better to do one hour every day in the week leading up to the exam than 7 hours in one day the day before
these tips can help trigger your memory, they sound weird but they really do work
