discovered this absolutely dopeass website today where people painstakingly documented roman (et al., ie roman-era celtic etc sites) sites including detailed markings of roman streets and pinpointing roman forts and so on. i spent multiple hours today just looking at the area around where i live and trying to connect the road fragments (of which my favorite has to be the random roman road fragment in the middle of a golf course). sooooooooooo dope
