I feel kinda bad for the cop who genuinely can't seem to figure out what the fucking deal is with these two lol. Also sense some underlying sexism in the assumption that all the murders must have been committed by Dr Choi, even when he knows that Se-ok is the one doing the illegal surgeries… She is not innocent just because she has enormous doe eyes and a fringe okay

Cheered when Se-ok assaulted Choi with that umbrella lol. Get that old man!! God she really believes that he burned her dogs alive without a second thought. And of course he is too proud to tell her that he did, in fact, give them a painless death, because that admission would make it seem like he cares about anything or anyone and we can’t have that.

Cult leader surgery scene when Choi tells her their work together was the happiest time of his life… without making eye contact with her at all… and Se-ok finally confessing that she felt the same, admitting how heartbreaking it is that this will be their last surgery together… Also the fact that Choi has kept her angry handwritten letter to his colleague explaining her motivations for wanting this so badly, and the whole flashback sequence showing how their upbringing and experiences align so perfectly. And his affectionate little smile when he rereads it. I feel sickkkk
