i haven’t actually read tallstar’s revenge yet, but i know she’s tallstar’s mom so i wanted her to look a lot like him. i gave her a bit of a scruffier look and more white spots.

Name: Sloefrost

Gender: Nonbinary, they/them

Clan: ThunderClan 

Sloefrost is a quiet, serious warrior. They are a talented tracker and dependable warrior, but their shadowlike presence sometimes leaves them wishing to be more in the spotlight. They are one of three triplets born to the rouge-turned warrior Pineheart.  Their sister and brother often get more attention than them for their larger than life personalities. 

  Originally I made them as my player character in a super power AU dnd campaign, as an Arboreal Frostmaker. Their power was to control ice and roots! In that version of the character, their main conflict was looking for their second parent to find out if their powers really came from StarClan or if rouge powers came from some other source. (Spidercloud has spider powers, Smokeclaw has fire powers, and their father Pineheart has no powers; their other father is rumored to have powers but they do not know what)

I also used a non-power version in a FanClan RP, so alternatively they are a warrior of DarkClan. The mystery they are pursuing in this RP is a bit more dark, their brother Smokeclaw was murdered and blamed on the opposing clan they were supposed to have a truce with. Their sister Spiderstar is leader of the clan and prepares for war, but Sloefrost suspects that there is more than meets the eye.

Name: Goldenpaw / Goldenheart

Gender: Female, she/her

Clan: ThunderClan

Goldenpaw is a loud, friendly apprentice who loves to play games. She is very blunt and wears her heart on her sleeve, you will always know that she either likes you or she doesn’t.  She is very stubborn and reckless, and can be incredibly unruly at times.

Name: Possumpaw / Possumstep 

Gender: Nonbinary, they/them

Clan: DarkClan

Possumstep is a boastful warrior who is  eager to prove themselves. As an apprentice, they were captured by twolegs temporarily. They eventually managed to escape, but their tail was chewed up by a dog along the way. Having missed a lot of warrior training, they sometimes feel left behind by their clanmates and are prone to jealousy among other insecurities. Their closest friend is their sister Cinderspark.

Name: Jaguarstar

Gender: Nonbinary, they/them

Clan: BreezeClan (ancient BreezeClan)

Jaguarstar was the founding leader of BreezeClan. They were known to be a sturdy muscular cat with a strong sense of justice.  BreezeClan’s stories describe them to have originally be part of a corrupt gang, which they were able to usurp and restructure with the help of their friend Tangleclaw. Jaguarstar’s story often stress the importance of friendship and standing up together. 

The other Clans generally don’t stray too far from BreezeClan’s interpretations of Jaguarstar’s story, although some may describe them to be less fair minded and more brutish in nature. RainClan often minimize the role of Tangleclaw, while HailClan and SunClan tend to highlight it. Because of BreezeClan and HailClan’s rivalry, there have been a few particularly uncharitable interpretations that suggest Tangleclaw had originally lead the main rebellion, but was overthrown by Jaguarstar as part of a power grab.

Name: Lilystar

Gender: Female, she/her

Clan: RainClan (ancient RainClan)

Lilystar was the founding leader of RainClan. She was known to be a lovely cat, excellent at swimming and catching fish. RainClan’s stories of her even describe her to be able to turn her body into water. She had a very bright perspective on life and appreciated the beauty of every day and living in the moment.

They other Clans generally do not believe Lilystar to have had any supernatural powers. 

She’s also big lesbian and her wife was named Leopardheart!

Name: Horseflower > Horsestar

Gender: Male, he/him

Clan: SunClan (ancient SunClan)

Horsestar was the founding leader of SunClan. He was known to be the fastest runner of all the clans and very protective of his clanmates to a fault. SunClan cats often tell the stories of him learning to accept clanmates for their different skills and learning how to be stronger as a whole community rather than the talents of one individual. He was a loving father to his child Leafleaf who supposedly became the first medicine cat.

They other Clans sometimes contest this claim, particularly RainClan. When the other clans tell stories about Leafleaf they don’t think they would have a name like that and often use alternative names such as Leafcloud, Cottonleaf, or simply Leaf.

Name: Murky

Gender: Nonbinary, they/them

Rank: Leader

Clan: HailClan (ancient HailClan)

Murky was the founding leader of HailClan. They were known to be a cunning trickster, and was a good leader despite their age and frail body. They liked to solve problems through diplomacy and persuasion than through force. HailClan cats often tell of the story of the other clans trying to force them out of the territory for living in an abandoned house as their camp instead of a natural camp. Murky made a bet that all the other clan cats would need HailClan’s help, and after a terrible winter storm, they were right. 

They other Clans sometimes instead refer to Murky as Murkstar or Murkystar in their stories, but HailClan cats don’t think Murky ever took on a warrior or leader’s name.

Molepaw is the last addition to this family, she is Ferretstar and Puddleclaw’s daughter they had before Ferretstar realized she was a lesbian and separated from him. 

Name: Molepaw

Gender: Female, she/her

Clan: HailClan

Molepaw is an excitable bubbly apprentice who doesn’t seem to take much after either of her parents at all. She is very caring and loves to have fun. Although she is the oldest apprentice in HailClan, she is a bit childish. Still, she is very much the “big sister” type and always looks out for the younger apprentices and her siblings.  Her mentor is Dustclaw, the strongest fighter in HailClan.

I remade my old Tawnypelt with my updated design for her.  She’s got a bit more white for the ear spikes, the star on the head, and the paw.  The spiky fur is a bit more exaggerated. Overall I like the new one  lot better but I think I could have made her a bit beefier compared with the older version.

i prefer to think of whitestorm as brighthearts dad still there was no reason to make that change

Three new cats in one post; Birchtail and his kits Dovekit and Wrenkit!

Name: Birchtail

Gender: Male, he/him

Clan: HailClan

Birchtail is a bubbly former kittypet who joined the Clan after meeting with his mate Puddleclaw in secret.  Birchstail’s energy and affection can be a bit overwhelming to some cats at times but his enthusiasm and love of exploring would help him adapt to living in the forest surprisingly well.  Birchtail loves kits and even helps look after other queens kits at times.  It was not long before he and Puddleclaw had kits of their own. 

Name: Dovekit

Dovekit takes after Birchtail quite a bit in looks and personality. She is outgoing and playful with a natural curiosity.  Dovekit is very cuddly and likes to collect soft feathers. She is also very gentle and looks after her more shy sister, sometimes talking for her when Wrenkit doesn’t want to talk. Dovekit is a dreamer and loves to play make believe games.

Gender: Demigirl, she/they

Wrenkit is the more reserved daughter of Puddleclaw and Birchtail.  She is very observant and likes to explore. She has made fast friends with the elders of the clan but is still easily embarrassed by their praise and learning to accept compliments. She is very good at hide and seek.
