Honestly, things are getting so tough. My sleep schedule and goofy MACROs are just not it. ‘Doing a lot of reevaluating today to try and knock these last few days out of the park and figure out next month. Did my hot girl walk yesterday but did not do my leg workouts. Did my hot girl walk this AM but really dragging/dreading getting my workout in. I’m not crying, not yet, but I’m frustrated and tired like hell. I need more sleep, more rest and more food 😅. I’ll report back later if I do get whatever workout in. Hello there, happy Monday! Arms and cardio went down this AM. 💪🏽🚶🏽‍♀️⌚️🚦 Walked Saturday and Sunday but only worked out Saturday. I also had a cheat weekend and thanks to these long term COVID symptoms (sense of smell and taste get altered off and on to different degrees) it wasn’t that great.
