Taylor, forgive me.
A few days ago I made a post where I promised you I would overcome my anxiety and panic attacks if you ever came on tour in Italy. Iโm a fool.
Earlier I was watching a famous italian singer live on TV. There were plenty of people, all standing up so closely to one another in the dark, with the music blasting. What would happen if someone fainted? What if someone wants to get out? I would die there. I cannot do this and I cry desperately because my biggest dream to see you live canโt come true. Iโm very sorry. Iโve nothing left to do other than keep on thinking and dreaming about you.

would love to see more accessible design at concerts, for example:
designated quiet spaces to calm down from a panic attack or sensory overload, meltdown, etc.
maybe even โcalm seatingโ where there is room to move around a little or where the speakers are quieter/not right above you
clear information about what will happen during the entrance and security experience
clear information about when to expect fireworks and other loud sounds
information about the timeline of events
information about emergency procedures
the ability to opt-in to receive an access-focused email about the events when you get your tickets
not to mention clear instructions about buying tickets, getting extra time while purchasing (the process can be so overwhelming!)
and obviously that using any of the access pieces wouldnโt take away from the experience (e.g., using the quiet room shouldnโt exclude you from the chance to get a meet and greet opportunity)
I just feel really strongly that these events need to be more accessible to disabled people, specifically thinking of invisible disabilities here but definitely overall too
@stellaswift1389 thank you for sharing your experience with us and I hope you have as lovely an experience as possible this era ๐

Lewis Capaldi is doing this for all his biggest shows I think, it would be amazing to have something like this in every big venue!

Please, take me to @taylorswift or take her to me. I need herโฆher voice (I want to sing with her)โฆher eyes lookinโ into mineโฆher beautiful smileโฆBut especially her hugs. I need her more than oxigene. She is everything for me: my life, my world, my best friend, my medicineโฆ And I love her to the ๐ and ๐. I just want a joy in my life. I have anxiety, nobody loves me, I donโt have a job so no moneyโฆ Itโs hard. Everyday is like a battleโฆ (๐ถ)

Even if I could have been able to go to Paris (which is not so far from Italy) for โCity of Loverโ, I wouldnโt have been able in any case to stay on the queue with all the people and for that much time. I would have panicked. So I guess I will never meet Taylor, thereโs nothing I can do about it. ๐๐ข๐ญ๐

We donโt know if Taylor is going to do stadiums for her tour again or if she is going to do something smaller. Thereโs still work that needs to be done for those with disabilities, but in MetLife Stadium for example, I came across this:
This is a step in the right direction, and other stadiums are offering support like this. I hope that if Taylor does play โsmallerโ venues that services such as the one listed above will be available. I hope that other services would at the very least include:
Accessible Seating
Assisted Listening Devices
Bathrooms
Closed Captioning
Companion Seating
Elevators
Interpreting Services
Mobility Assistance
These are only some of the things I can think of off the top of my head. The tour should be an enjoyable experience for everyone. I realize maybe all of these requests canโt be filled, but at least I know sheโll try.

(Iโm reblogging this post after 1 year)
Who knows if there will be a folklore/evermore tour (including Lover, โcause itโs beautiful too!) in 2021 or 2022โฆ Maybe more concerts in more little places. I hope tours will come back soon because music is life and health. I hope Covid 19 will go fuck himself. And I really hope to finally have the chance to see Taylor life in a place where I feel comfortable and safe, thinking only about her music and not my anxiety and panic attacks.

AUGUST 2022
Recently, my anxiety problems are getting better but for me concerts would still be hard to deal with. ๐ Maybe now it's even worse because loud noises cause me dizziness, even though in that moment I don't have anxiety. ๐ญ By now, every artist got back on tour and when I watch photos or videos of people who went to concerts without any problem and peacefully having fun gets me very sad. Why can't I be like themโโโ @taylorswift I really hope you'll read this post I wrote originally years ago ๐๐ป And I also hope you will search "Taylor Swift Italian Projects" on YouTube and watch the videos we made for your birthdays and let us know if you liked themโโโ
