I mean think about it, they both appreciate when others communicate efficiently (directly, transparently, no beating around the bush, no deception), they are extremely competent in their job and they both spend most of their time analyzing and understanding the human condition. I feel like Seven would feel as alien to humans as T'Pol, but could definitely use her expertise on the matter. Imagine Seven asking T'Pol about all the intricate social rituals that exist in humans' daily life, and about biological aspects she's still grasping... Seven would feel comfortable in the absence of judgment for silly or obvious questions, and T'Pol would probably feel like an "equal" in terms of how people interact with both of them. I can totally imagine them both really liking each other's company and probably just drinking tea together in silence, or discussing their latest human behavior observations, like...

Seven: I've noticed some random biological issues lately. My heartbeat increases 2 to 5% when some crew members are around, usually officers who have challenged me or my capabilities in some way.

T'Pol: Do you also experience perspiration without the physical effort and a change in your respiration along with it?

Seven :... Yes, I hadn't noticed it before but those things do happen simultaneously. It's very arbitrary. Do you know what might be the cause?

T'Pol: Those biological reactions indicate an emotional disregulation caused by the people in your surroundings. It could either be apprehension, resentment, or sexual attraction.

Seven: how can you determine which is which?

T'Pol: there are usually other physical manifestations that appear in certain cases. Do you experience arousal during the moments you're surrounded by these crew members?

Seven:.... I..... don't know? I don't think I know what arousal feels like. But I do know that I felt something unfamiliar a couple of days ago while observing someone. It was a strange sensation in my lower abdomen accompanied by increased salivation and sweating.

T'Pol: what were you looking at?

T'Pol: Fascinating. Was there also any sort of... tingling sensation?
