i am trying so hard to find someone with the same issue i do. it almost feels emberassibg

so what do i do when

1. my psychiatrist doesnt know whats wrong with me

2. my psychologist doesnt know either

3. my therapist doesnt know either

i am diagnosed autistic but they arent even sure if i am... because i was traumatised in my fiest baby year.

they genuinely do not know what is wrong me

i feel so alone

im so pathethic

every since i turned 18 i cant help but to feel like my life is over.. ill turn 19 next week

its emberassing how serious i take school sometimes, i wrote 2k words and im only still working of the 1/3th of my exam.... what even is the appropriate amount to write...

genq for the bpd community on here,

ive struggled with bpd like symptoms for literal years. i followed dbt and it helped me to a certain extend.

i really wonder if its possible to get so good at masking bpd to the point you become a dissociated avoidant mess.

my therapist has called me bpd before, but then switched it to no and yes multiple times. made insane comments ab it as well...

i dont know what to think anymore, i feel like i was simulating myself to act a way when they suspexted it

i know people are majorly larping needy girl overdose right now.... but i just wanted to say that i freaking love ame chan!!!!

i came across a gameplay of it in 2023, and it just progressed from there!!! i am super happy with the anime as well

i love how it speaks about the internet in such a way, and i feel like people that are eh about it maybe havent realised the connection and message also found in the game

as we know ame chan isnt exactly happy with the internet, but she loves fame. and in the anime it confirms she wants to make people happy

i really love how the weird rollercoaster feeling you get when you play the game really comes back in the anime as well.

i havent even be worthy for a bpd diagnosis, though i followed dbt and still have some of the key symptoms.

my therapist just said i have complex trauma, i seem to have a bit of everything and nothing at all. and made some other weird comments

its draining to live like this.

i just wish i could lose my sanity, but ive done such horrible things i wont ever be able to forgive myself for.
