Getting to the point where you accept yourself so much to the point that you make peace with the idea of staying single, free from romantic relationships, permanently or even just for the foreseeable future, truly makes a world of difference. Even if you do enter a romantic relationship, you may notice that you have become less attached to the outcome and length of it, which lifts so much unnecessary pressure

Something I've learned is that sometimes, (KEYWORD: SOMETIMES) if you tend to have anxious attachments, it is because you are not with the right person/people. Your intuition MIGHT be saying something is off and that whoever you're with is not reciprocating your energy. SOMETIMES, when you meet someone who is mutually interested in you and you're not pouring all your energy into them without any return, you could find that your anxious tendencies vanish!
