Fandom spaces have GOT to stop finding out about concept art & saying they were supposed to have x or y. That’s not how concept art works, there isn’t a secret better show they decided to hide from you for no reason

“Look at the animation style we could have had!” and it’s a drawing so detailed that the animators would have killed themselves before ever being able to finish a single frame

u know what makes me lowkey sad? when someone says ‘i know it seems silly’ before talking about something they clearly care very deeply about bc u know that means someone gave them shit for caring that much about that thing before which is Fucked Up.

or when they’re like “i know i talk too much, just tell me to shut up when u get tired” n they say it as a joke but u can see that they’re uncomfortable, n i get so sad n i wanna fight whoever made them feel like they’re not worth of being heard.

writing fanfiction is constantly flipping between "this is a hobby i do for fun its not that serious" and "if this isnt my next greatest hit im going to back flip off the empire state building"

Here's the thing I keep trying to articulate and possibly failing: I don't actually mind characters who are terrible people. I have enjoyed many. What I mind is characters who are terrible people while the narrative keeps trying to say that they are wonderful, often contradicting what the narrative shows us, with no self awareness

i wanna respect everybodys opinion but some peoples opinions are just so terrible
