He breathed shakily before closing his eyes and just taking a deep breath. Pulling her close, he leaned his head against her shoulder, just holding her for a moment and savouring their closeness. His hands moved over the bare skin of her back, taking in every scar and contour.

Finally pulling back again, he looked at her before kissing her deeply, his hands moving back to her pants to undo them.

SHE FINALLY BROKE OUT      into a laugh when steph finally realized how rigged this entire conversation was . biting off the last portion of the chocolate she was eating , she offered a hand with a wide grin .    ❛    i know you , i know tim , i know even dick .    ❜    luna answered cheekily . she was going to get along with this girl swimmingly .    ❛    stephanie , was it ? i’m luna .    ❜    then a pause for some sprinkle of drama ,    ❛    i’m a tenant in jay’s house for the time being .    ❜    he was going to kill her once he heard her say this . or rather– if he ever hears it .

     A beat… and she lets out a breath she didn’t even realize she had been holding. “Sorry, I’m just not used to all this… being social with somebody I just met.” Though she held up the guise of a social person decently long enough. “You uh, seem pretty cool. A hell of a lot nicer than I expected considering the Lantern/Bat history, honestly.”

It couldn’t be seen behind the heroics mask, but he was pushed to a state of panic for the current time being in response to the current situation. He was relieved that she didn’t seem angry at least. “Uh, everything.” That was the only polite way to respond. Couldn’t go. Your hair. Your figure. Your boobs. The part of your face I can see. Nope, none of those were a good idea! “Spider-Man! Old friend of the grumpy Bat!”

“a friend, huh ?” the ironic tone in her voice might have a been a little heavy; she gave him quizzical look and tapped a finger on her chin as if deep in thought. she recalled reading about a spider-themed hero in one of the many files bruce kept on his computer -- and according to the little report, this spider was somewhat friendly, despite what a paper in particular in new york city would otherwise say. and although steph had made hero career out of ignoring batman’s recommendations, she saw it fit to trust his judgement on this one.
