remembering stuff about homestuck makes me want to tear my hair out. like. yeah it does make me insane that jake english is basically literally plural and the little projection in her head of dirk, her friend at the time of bgd's conception, while primarily Is, not just a fantasy magic game mechanic thing, it's a way for her to call herself out on her own bullshit with bgd taking in a prosecutor-esque(don't like the term, but whatever) role for shoving things that jake doesn't Want to even perceive but Knows there's importance to it.
