Just got home and there was a whole honey baked ham on my doorstep so we had to track down the person who owned the house two owners ago and now he’s here to get his ham

Can people stop using the word overstimulated interchangeably with overwhelmed and frustrated? I’m sorry but when someone’s annoying you you’re not overstimulated. It’s so frustrating to me when people use it that nonchalantly because I just got overstimulated by sounds at work and now I can’t breathe and all my clothes feel uncomfortable and I can’t stop crying and no matter what I do or where I go it feels like sound is pounding into my head like a hammer. Please just. Stop using it like that.
