it really just shows a complete lack of care or regard for intersex people literally at all.
you can be afab and have a testosterone based endocrine system during puberty, requiring transition or medication later in life.
you can be afab and LATER reassigned male, then transition back to female.
you can be afab but "not female enough" and subject to discrimination and harassment for a variety of reasons, and because of that require transition in other forms as well.
this is literally JUST using afab transfems and only a few possible and very vaguely worded experiences since it's impossible to sum up every way an intersex person can experience life. DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! piss me off
