i don't like to believe that it's ingrained in my body, that this is something my body just can't shake like, the eating disorders from the women before me are preventing me from eating? really?

but every time i go to try and eat, i'm already full to the point of puking i can't help but gag at the sight of food, gag at the anxiety rising in my throat

i keep stocking my fridge with food that goes bad i don't even have an excuse anymore.

i eat, and the anxiety makes me puke and i can't eat because i'm so afraid of throwing up

i think about that helpless feeling a lot,

waking up in the night and curling up on the floor in pain knowing nothing is going to help medication is so far, and your mother won't help you, and your father won't look at you
