So this is my first official post on Tumblr ever, so please be nice.😄 I drew this on my phone at 1 in the morning because I couldn’t get the idea out of my head.

Also, just a few disclaimers:

-Both of them are over 18 here.

-I assume that Zim’s aging works differently so they’re technically the same age equivalent. Any D&D fans will understand.

Just for the record, he went through unmodified electroconvulsive therapy (where the procedure lacks anesthetics or muscle relaxants) not only as medical treatmeant for erasing his obssesions with memory loss, but also as punishment when misbehaving. Not to mention that it also left him with thermal burns.

I usually follow the usual body composition with geometrical figures, but more often than not I use references!

It's quite simple, I search for a photo that it aligns with what I want (preferably photographs of models), and then I trace the anatomy of the model divided by shapes, so it's more simple to understand what's happening!

It's so helpful for understanding anatomy, plus it helps for drawing from imagination because one learns to observe the types of shapes the body has and be able to replicate it. For example, I guide myself with the place of the pectorals when drawing a chest thanks to this kind of practice

When it comes to dynamic poses, it's definetly more complicated since we're not only considering anatomy, but also perspective and proportions. My solution to this is to use a triangle like shape to guide myself with the silhouette

THE COMPUTER DESERVES TO FEEL APPRECIATED MORE! :'D AND PROFESSOR MEMBRANE WOULD BE AMAZED AT HOW SMART THE COMPUTER IS. THEY WOULD BE POLITE WITH EACH OTHER AND PROF. WOULD SECRETLY TRY TO STEAL THE AI FROM ZIM'S HOUSE.

Just imagine it...:

Dib, on his ninja clothes on Zim's ceiling: heh, I got you now, alien scum!!!

*he hears a sigh... *

??: Oh my poor, poor insane son.

Dib would turn around with his eyes going like this O.O from seeing his father in a similar style ninja suit by his side.

Dib: Dad?! What are you doing here??? Don't tell me.... *His eyes lit up* you actually believed me?! Are you here to catch Zi-

THEN, a camera shooting sound would interrupt him, and he would see with a raised eyebrow how his smart father was actually taking pictures of Zim's weird alien computer....for some reason.

Prof Membrane: Now now son, I'm not here to interrupt your games with your little green friend. I'm here to steal advanced and possibly soviet technology from this strange house, everything for the good of science!!

Dib: Soviet technology? Dad!! This is not made by a human, this is from the alien!!
