In the show, as a possible episode? Well yes, but also not really. I don't think so...

But I would never ever blame anyone for thinking they would. Zim and Dib share strong simmilarities and they CAN stand working together if they have a shared enemy (who is most of the time, caused by the said person or is literally themselves in a different variation) (which is funny)

Also, It's not that Dib would never ever work together with an evil alien coming from a dictatorship-ship due to his morals (looks at Tak)

He, with the bottom of his heart hates Zim. And I find that wonderful. Zim hates him back. And that combined with the goal to prove his father/mankind that he is this sick, rad kid who still stays awesome even if he isn't doing a job that he really doesn't want (scientist)... You can see why he would not work together with zim...

but I do find a comical irony despite their mutual bullying (zim w skool/the entire irk apperantly) (dib with skool) they never ever form a mutual understanding, they instead bully eachother.

They are too busy being themselves.

Something quick to snack on/make... Maybe pasta? Ketchup-sandwich? Something a friend of yours wouldnt be able to say it is their childhood comfort snack without getting nasty looks.

Not, specifically, cereals though. His dad-robot (in the show) would make them cereals every night since it is easy to make. Just seeing them on the shelves at market makes him sick...

And not muffins either... He really. Really. Hates muffins.
