What are those dots on his snout- are all of them supposed to be nostrils?? None of them can be the eye, that clearly sits further back on the head- this guy either has 3 nostrils on one side of his snout, or 2 nostrils along with 2 eyeballs on one side of his face-

Why is his face bloated?? Why do his gills look like a drain grate?? Why are his fins asymmetrical and differently colored?? What are those random protrusions near his underbelly?? Are they supposed to be fins- why are they so malformed??
