This a Moonmelon, scientifically knows as asidus. This fruit grows in some parts of Japan, and is known for its vibrant blue color. What you probably donât know about this fruit is that it can switch flavors after you eat it. Everything sour will taste sweet, everything salty will taste bitter, and it gives water a strong orange-like taste. Itâs also very expensiveâŚcosting about 16000 JPY (which is about 200 dollars).
this is alexandrias melon (wow)
it never grows seeds but it can still produce other melons (its magic)
it is grown deep in the jungles of peru and can prevent you from aging well into the hundreds
it is known by the natives there as kâuhul ajaw cacao shi-jiiy.
its really strange how all of these pictures look exactly the same because everything on the internet is true
This is the Peppermeloni. (seriously gosh just look at that sexy mother fucker) Its scientific name is Tumblrous Pepperonus.
The only known specimen is in a pot in David Karps treasure dungeon. It is a tradition that a single slice is given to every tumblr blog that reaches 500,000 followers.
It has the remarkable property of being as healthy as watermelon but tasting like cheesy pepperoni pizza.
This planet is really just so amazing guys wow.
Patrickmelon
The taste of this melon will always surprise you.
Iâm fucking done with this site
This is the evermelon.
If you cut this watermelon a certain way you will find that it has seemingly regenerated. You can do this an infinite number of times and will have a neverending supply of melon.
OH GOD I havenât seen this post in YEARS and THAT is the fucking additon to it!?
ALRIGHT THATS IT ITS TIME TO STOP

Yes, I have the QZGS Mcdonaldâs figures
And there are even movable parts. Although YX, OAL and HST are my favs here. Canât play much with the other ones lol Please excuse my crapily made gifs xD
(iâm still debating if I should put them back into the box again or display them outside? but what if they get hurt)
(btw, the quality if pretty good for a mcdonalds âtoyâ. just some very minor smearings of the painting here and there. i like how they did the spinning of the umbrella with the magnet inside)
If you havenât seen this story, look up his name: Francisco Galicia.Â
Expect to see him come 2020, when the debates begin and the political battle heats up. Expect to see him in a suit testifying in court, or before Congress. This young man is a witness and a victim, and the fact that this isnât a more prominent story on every news station is what truly frightens me.
Space Is Not That Cool When The Ocean Is Already Full of Weird Shit

THE GHOST IS A GHOST, NO FICTION A Talk by Christian Tablazon
16 May 2017; 6pm Tanghalang Manuel Conde (CCP Dream Theater)
The CCP Visual Arts and Museum Division and Green Papaya Art Projects presents a talk by Christian Tablazon on the Complicities between Artist & State, the Cultural Center of the Philippines, & Convolutions of Power & Desire in Creative Labor & Collaboration.
The inauguration of the Center in 1969 promised âa new dawn in Philippine cultural historyâ meant to usher an âunprecedented flowering of the artsâ, with Imelda Marcos as its principal patronââa new eraâ that would also mark the threshold of massive plunder and abuse by the Marcoses. Even at present, the halls of the Center remain venue to the indices of fervent delusion, the baroquely decadent extravagance that has characterised Imelda as an adjective, and the beginning of a series of unsustainable debating sprees that would swamp generations of Filipinos until 2025.
Taking after the line âlend me your softnessâ**âwhich puts forward the erotics of negotiation, expropriation, and surrenderâmy research will explore the various registers of softness in the processes of collaboration, adaptation, and correspondence in the hybrid context of the Philippine komedya, with particular focus on my great-grandfatherâs Prinsipe Baldovino (ca. 1936), adapted by Rolando Tinio in 1971 for the inauguration of the CPP Little Theater.
Tinioâs adaptation has been cited in several sources as a marker of the vernacular shift in the 70s in the pursuit of a ânational theaterâ that culled from the so-called regions, and ran parallel to the then First Ladyâs programs. Transposed from the traditional context of a village fiesta into a modern performance space in the national capital as a spectacular costume drama to institute the new experimental theater, recontextualized from its insular and make-do stagings on Calamianes to its cosmopolitanized dramaturgy at the bourgeois setting of the CCP, Tinioâs adaptation of Piedadâs performance text not only invites one to look into notions of softness in the transpositions and permutations among the âvernacularâ, the ânationalâ, and the âcosmopolitanâ, but also facilitates inquiries into the convolutions of power and desire in the many aspects of collaboration in the arts and culture, with the CCP at its center. This study seeks to lay out a continuum between CCPâs inception and the present while examining notions of âinnocenceâ and the varied nuances and degrees of complicity andďżźăitsăsubsequent paradoxes, between agent and State towards the realization of work, in the context of creative labor during the Marcos regime.
Christian Tablazon works mainly with text, photography, and video. He is a recipient of several national fellowships in creative writing and cultural criticism, and an international fellowship in transdisciplinary art from Plymouth University. His works have been published and exhibited in 11 countries, and his videos were also screened as part of the second edition of The WrongâNew Digital Art Biennale. Together with young writers and artists, he founded The Cabinet, an intermedia-arts collective and a small independent press. He lives and works in Manila and Laguna, Philippines. Â Â
* The title of this paper is based on a line from the poem The Comforter by Donald Davie.
** The line is a prompt from curator and researcher Renan Laru-an for the commissioned works from the author and eight other artists for Debatable Screenings: a Curated Series of Global Contemporary Video in 2016.
