2 Saturdays ago, I competed in my first #dritri - 2,000 meter row, 300 body-weight reps, and a 5k. My goal was less than an hour, and I finished in 50:28! β‘οΈ Today, I managed to run 1.738 miles in 14 minutes (which is really freaking fast for me) and then row 2,370 meters in the following 14 minutes.
