I'm going camping for my friends 21st. She's a wolf therian and i'm really excited to just get to therian out and exist in nature without having to worry about anyone thinking i'm weird when i decide to shift haha.

We have gear and and we will probs just be chilling out most of the time. But its kinda cool having a wolf n a snow leopard hanging out together.

Like, you mean I can just follow my prey for ages and ages and ages? And as long as i can keep up it'll get tired and have to stop so i can catch it? I dont have to launch myself down the mountainside after stalking it? Okay. Sure.

Snow leopard fact for you!

While reading i had the thought: What if there was a creature like a selkie but it used a snow leopards pelt instead? A beautiful woman who lived in the high altitudes, who takes off her pelt to come to the human settlements... maybe i'll take a few days to draw it.

A woman with snow white hair, like the mluntain tops from which she comes, and dark skin, like the people who share her land. Or perhaps she simply looks like another woman of the area.

I can kind of relate to a trapped selkie, i am living a human life but i am called elsewhere, yet i cannot go, my own pelt is nowhere to be found and thus the form i take dictates how i must live, although i'd quite gladly swap between forms.
