SHORT TEMPER SAM + GRUGDE HOLDER MISA!!!! but specifically when someone wants to hurt/is angry at the other…. sam actually snapping if he seeing someone messing with misa on the ice too much cause How Dare They and misa meeting an ex who cheated on sam and being so cold that sam actually cannot believe that’s his sweet misa (“mis? are you okay? you glared at her the entire time?” “she hurt you sam.”)

sam is like a guard dog, we know this. he will bite and snap and claw and then go to misa’s side for pats, but he forgets about it pretty much immediately. if anyone brings it to his attention, he’s like, what guy?? i was just doing normal d-man stuff, what are you on about

sam is finding this out in horror because seriously what the fuck. he’s cursing the fact that he left misa to go play pool and wasn’t there to put a stop to this immediately because he would have, he so would have. but it’s too late because misa is texting this guy, genuinely texting this guy, and sam is sat next to him in bed, trying to get it through his thick skull that misa needs to cut that shit off. he is having little effect though, even when he tries to tell misa that he’s leading the guy on. misa only frowns, i told him im not gay. and sam wants to say, does say, that it doesn’t matter if he said yes to going out with the guy and you’re really nice, after that.

it’s gotten to the point where sam is genuinely just going to tattle to toff, a route he has never ever taken but someone needs to do something. it’s not even about being jealous, the guy seems fucking boring and sam doesn’t care. what he does care about is the fact misa is too nice of a guy to be firm about what he doesn’t want, and sam can already see all the ways he could be taken advantage of. he would love to let this go but he just can’t

toff seems very, very confused about it. on one hand, okay cool my (billet) son can be gay and have gay relationships, i want to be normal and cool about that even if he’s going about it in weird ways. on the other, if this isn’t what that is…. then he’s deeply concerned. misa maintains that the movie outing is not a date and the guy knows that. toff quiets his urge to lock misa in his room forever until he finds out that the movie they’re seeing is not at a theater but in the guy’s apartment, and the guy is 24. absolutely not, you’re not going, he says to misa with sam fist pumping behind him. misa agrees pretty easily but he feels bad enough for canceling that he gives the guy free sharks tickets

They were in the bathroom down the hall from Misa's room, the bathroom no one ever used but the two of them. On the counter, laid out, was a razor, shaving cream, and a damp washcloth.

It had taken a while, but Misa had finally convinced him to shave his beard.

Well, convinced wasn't the best word. More... manipulated. Blackmailed. Threatened. Saying he wouldn't kiss Sam until "the goddamn neck beard is gone, Dickie."

And as much as he loved his beard, he loved his boyfriend more. Which is how he got here, on bathroom sink, his heels hitting the cabinet as his boyfriend lathered his face in shaving gel.

Misa's hands are not exactly rough, but not exactly gentle as he pushes Sam's chin up. He runs the razor under the water, shaking the excess off. Sam shuts his eyes, neck beginning to ache from the angle Mis has him in.

His hand cups Sam's cheek as his runs the razor along the bottom of his jaw, his neck. Sam can feel it, hear the tapping against the sink, even if he can't see it.

Misa finishes quickly, running the damp towel along Sam's skin, before finally leaning on for a kiss.
