Siamo lieti di annunciare che il 23 Novembre 2024 nel centro storico del comune di Corigliano Rossano (Calabria) avrà luogo la premiere del docufilm Il Cammino sotto la direzione del progetto della Big Digital Eye di Pier Luigi Sposato. La Slow-Fi Records ha contribuito insieme alla Respirano Sound nel versante sound editing - sonorizzazione, oltre ad un piccolo ruolo nel film come comparse in veste di musicisti locali.

We are pleased to announce that on November 23/2024, in the historic center of the municipality of Corigliano Rossano (Calabria), the premiere of the docufilm Il Cammino will take place under the project direction of the Big Digital Eye by Pier Luigi Sposato. Slow-Fi Records has contributed in association with Respirano Sound in the sound editing - building of the foley - sound engineering, as well as a small role, in the film, as actors that impersonate local musicians.

Come già anticipato con la pubblicazione della compilation No need to fear con i Manicburg si aggiunge un ulteriore, eccitante tassello al mosaico delle nostre collaborazioni. Presto ci saranno importanti aggiornamenti sulla pubblicazione del primo album ufficiale del progetto Newyorkese capitanato da Ray Lustig e Luigi Porto, per il quale abbiamo registrato le linee di basso di due brani, Silken Pavillion e One for you and one for me (quest'ultima registrata e co-prodotta nel nostro studio).

Come già anticipato nella presentazione di Peaches, three https://vlyustke.bandcamp.com/album/peaches-three ciò che accomuna i tre album è principalmente una forma di scrittura/composizione estremamente ricca in termini di confluenza di stili, generi e idee nell'approccio creativo; inoltre questi tre album rappresentano ciò a cui ho dedicato la gran parte delle mie energie negli ultimi quattro anni, e la loro pubblicazione ufficiale va a suggellare un percorso importante che mi ha permesso di coniugare passato e presente in un unico articolato viaggio sonoro.

As anticipated in the presentation of Peaches, three https://vlyustke.bandcamp.com/album/peaches-three what the three albums have in common is mainly an extremely rich form of writing/composition in terms of confluence of styles, genres and ideas leading the creative approach; I have dedicated most of my energy to conceive, record and produce this 3 albums in the last four years, and their official publication seals an important path that has allowed me to combine past and present in a single and articulated sonic journey.

Registrato e prodotto presso Slow-Fi Records è un album a cui ho lavorato per diversi anni, anni in cui le idee essenziali che costituiscono l'ossatura dei tre brani in tracklist (ecco il perché del titolo, scritto a mo' di appunto per la spesa) hanno necessitato di un lavoro di rifinitura e contestualizzazione molto delicato. E' il primo di tre album che hanno come filo conduttore una forma di scrittura/composizione molto spaziante: gli altri due album "Soledad" e "Ombre" saranno pubblicati il prossimo inverno e a tal proposito sulla mia pagina Bandcamp trovate Tzuyu e la pioggia e Nueva Sangre, i due brani che anticipano le rispettive pubblicazioni e che sono stati premiati con la menzione speciale dal comitato Ise-Shima Art per la rassegna third ISAC international popular music competition

Great news from Doctor Head & The Vertigos: we are pleased to announce the official release of two recording sessions made on summer 2015, one year after the Another forgotten love sessions.

Though recorded not under ideal conditions The buzzing session and True Story (click on the underlined titles to open the links for free listening on Bandcamp's official page) give us a more complete idea of the potential of the band: the first one is chaotic, free, psychedelic, while the second one incorporates the essence of Mario's songwriting, that's powerful, fine, intimistic and melodic.

è passato davvero tanto tempo da quando abbiamo aggiornato l'ultima volta il nostro tumblr ufficiale; nel frattempo abbiamo lavorato a tante produzioni musicali, sviluppato sinergie e intrapreso collaborazioni con diversi artisti, implementato le nostre conoscenze ed abilità nel lavoro con DAW e software (Pro-tools in particolare, ma anche One Studio) nell’ambito della registrazione, produzione e post-produzione audio, ma soprattutto ampliato il bagaglio di strumentazione/attrezzatura a disposizione con il preciso scopo di ottenere una concreta possibilità di lavorare in più ambiti professionali, dalla registrazione alla post-produzione, dal trattamento audio (di qualsiasi provenienza e per qualsiasi finalità) fino al service per eventi musicali/culturali.

Quello che ha reso possibile tutto questo è stato l'allestimento di uno spazio dedicato; il nostro studio (ribattezzato scherzosamente in un linguaggio mezzo inventato "Clemen Ause" o casa della clemenza, per la sua capacità quasi "magica" di isolare completamente dal mondo esterno chiunque vi entri) è a tutti gli effetti equipaggiato per disporre della console di mixaggio di uno studio professionale. 

Respirano Records is a record label born in 2021, based in New York and led by Luigi Porto and Ray Lustig: No need to fear is the first compilation of artists that belong to/orbitate around her, and we of the Slow-Fi Records got the chance to participate, since Carmine recorded the bass line on the third track “Silken Pavillion” by Manicburg. The compilation also features the title track of the album Terraforming by Paolo Gaudio.
