I’m currently on holiday in Spain living my best life with cocktails and sunbathing on the beach and by the pool… though lying out in public in my swimwear gets my mind wondering.

Has anyone got any suggestions for good CPR audio? The linked one is great for lying there with my headphones in but does anyone know of any others? I like it being a male rescuer and the compressions being counted. Some of the videos on here play the flatline so loud you can’t hear anything else. Even if it’s not a story as such like this one just good audio from any videos for me to close my eyes and imagine myself under the hands?

If you were to do role play with someone how would you want it to happen? Your house? Their house? Hotel? Find somewhere discreetly public? How would you start it?

Oooh hotel would be a great option. See I'm interested to know what someone who is just interested in the rescuer role would want. ISo in a dream scenario... we'd discuss and agree limits then I would position myself lying unconscious while they were out of the room so that the scenario would start when they enter. They would take control of the situation and do what was needed to get me breathing again.

But yeah I put it to you then... keeping in mind I only have a desire to be the patient, if we role-played how would you want it to happen?

Would you want your rescuer to be medically knowledgeable? Or just know enough to give you CPR when you go down?

I think enough knowledge to be able to do a good job of CPR, take control of the situation.
