Hello!

I'm Erin (she/her). I make art with Blender and Photoshop. On a very rare occasion, I might also make a song with FL Studio, but I don't music, so those are infrequent.

Thanks for stopping by, and feel free to pull up a rock and rest for a moment. I enjoy the company, and we can all use a break and a friend sometimes.

I have a post master list here, but will update this post when I get around to organizing my tags.

Ideally I'd make a post like "It is pride month! Yay! :D" ...But it is getting increasingly hard to exist as a trans person, let alone celebrate it.

We should still celebrate it. That celebration doesn't need to be loud. It doesn't need to be noticed by anyone except yourself.

They want us to feel shame at who we are. They want others to fear what we are. Pride in yourself is the antithesis of shame. So please, now more than ever, make sure you celebrate pride. Celebrate you.

I find myself staring at screens quite a lot.

I look at one all day for my job. I relax by looking at the small one I carry around with me. It is the only way I can really reach friends. I need one to make my art....I love these things. But I'm also definitely a slave to them.

My physical book collection continues to grow. But sadly no amount of books can replace my need to bask in the glow of the screens.

Sure. Next time I make a single image rendering post I'll note the process and also post a guide.

My health has been pretty awful lately. :(

I really struggle with being perceived and have mixed feelings about being visible. Being visible invites vulnerability. Being visible can be dangerous... But as things get worse and worse, I find myself getting less scared. I'm getting angry.

I want to be able to live as myself regardless of what bigots would prefer. I want to actually live before I die. I want all of us to be able to live as ourselves in spite of the fear.

(little long personal note, your art is fantastic, It's so full of style and love for the medium, I love seeing whatever you make, no matter how long it takes)

I really don't like that platform at all, but it's my current backup plan for now.

I've been listening to the new album by j @7777777awawawa7777777 way too much and made fan art for one of my favorite tracks.

Ok, I think the worst of recovery is behind me. It is nice to be able to sit in a chair again. I made a little rendering to ease back into making art. There's some rambling from me below the read more button if you're interested, otherwise take care! <3
