Another CC set by the wonderful @syboubou, the "Cheap and Chipped" set.

What's included;

Functional stove top (slotable to counters, animations clip when sims try and cook in the oven part, but if you only cook things like mac and cheese your all good!),

Clean and "used/dirty" swatches for most items, clean is nearer the front and used/dirty is usually the default swatch and nearer the end of the recolours.

Computer has two versions, Monique's and normal, you can have both,

Collection file included,

Shadow file required and included, you only need one of these in your downloads folder.

Apartment Door Default.

Apartment Door Default - Included is a default replacement for the apartment doors, I have used @morepopcorn default, but since it requires other doors to work I have separated it and made it a standalone default. So remove any other defaults if you want to use this one, it has tons of recolours which I have separated the sets, (normal wood colours are in the main file, the dirty and clean swatches are grouped up and in their own packages)

These are 4to2 conversions from PixelVibes, they were originally high poly (30k) but I reduced the amount to medium (less than 7k).

All the items are functional, for the cat tree you can use the “One More Cat Slot” by Episim.

Random Music Related Deco

The merch stand is an edit of the sims 4 city living festival stall, with a new recolor and most of the clutter removed. It's decorative only, as that's what I wanted. It's based on this conversion by @funphumph and this one by @hugelunatic, and can be used alongside those.

The decorative standing version of the music career reward guitar requires @pforestsims' guitar default replacement to work, since that's what I use myself, and wanted a matching stand with another guitar. Requires Seasons too, as the guitar is repo'd to the original.

I also threw in two Grilled Cheese recolors, featuring Simlish patents of a couple of famous guitar models.

I couldn't resist these little deco items that came in Sixam's new small spaces smoothie bar set. The jars are all repo'ed to the four jar mesh.

I'm eyeballing the hutch in the set too, but for now, I just wanted these so you can have them too.

more fullbody outerwear for the dudes, with meshes by WeBluePeace and age conversions by DeeDee! (also included her AM mesh fix, of course) <3 recolours are by LadyFu! I hadn't had the chance to use these yet, so I was stoked to do so. I put whatever shoe colour I thought looked best.

This CC is cloned from Totslnc’s Toddler Piano (MTS). It increases the creativity skill and music enthusiasm.

Just want to make a classic-style piano for toddlers, perfect for Sims who want to pursue music scholarships :D

Mesh and texture are from The Sims 4.

I changed the animations of this CC by using some animations from The Sims 4, they are super cute.

I also added a few small decorative items on top of the piano and music note effects to make it feel more like a real musical instrument.

So, it will look like this in game.

Note: Required sound files consist of 3 packages. You need to place them in the downloads folder so the CC can works well in the game. If you have previously downloaded CC from TotsInc or CC toddler piano from Jacky93Sims, you will no longer need these files.

long story short I found the wicker recolour of this box by Gremmiesims and I wanted it but the box from Seasons hadn't been converted yet (or at least it wasn't on the sims4t2bb so..

Oh yeah, remember that wicker Gremmie recolour I wanted earlier? Well, I also wanted some of the other really nice recolours they did so I moved them onto corresponding 4t2 meshes. I've included the meshes required so my thanks to shasta, Veranka, LordCrumps, yakumtsaki and Tvickie! I also included the shadow file just in case but delete if you have it 'cause you only need one. A couple of swatches behind the cut but the folders in the zip have all the diffuse pngs in them (taking up the majority of that filesize.. pfft.) so you can see what you're putting in with those. Everything in the picture (aside from the Maxis coffee table. :P) included.

These are 4to2 conversions from Valia, low poly, all recolors. Set contains: a fridge, stove, double stove, range hood, double range hood, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine.

For the fridge there are 2 versions, one is base game compatible, the other is updated to Free Time, choose only one.

These appliances look better with the Sunwoven Kitchen I converted sometime ago.

4t2 Mild Maxels Decal on the Slatthult Sticker

From the Business and Hobbies EP, Slatthult came with Ikea. 30 black, 30 color, and 29 white stickers. The white bottle & cup texture was missing from the conversion I used but if someone could extract it for me I'll update the set. I have Slatthult add-on meshes here and here

4t2 Ravenwood's Pride Tarot Prints on The Lady on Red

28 paintings from the Life and Death EP. The Lady on Red comes with Basegame but I used one of @littlelittlesimmies poster add-ons to fit them all in the preview. These have a lot of fun details, I included the PNGs in the download so you can take a closer look. They look best with wood frames, you can get some here
