Back at it again! This time we’re taking the buttermilk biscuit to a new place. This version is cinnamon sugar. It has cinnamon and a little bit of sugar in the dough as well as a cinnamon sugar butter glaze. It is slight sweet, buttery, yet airy and light. Another brunch item which could be served with roasted peaches, a slight wink to the peach 🍑 cobbler. Or a new take on apple 🍎 pie.

The night before we rubbed these down with onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, dried thyme, celery salt, white pepper, black pepper, kosher salt, brown sugar and white sugar.  👻: simplycatering
