Logan Lerman is an amazing actor. I remember when I first saw him in Percy Jackson and thought he was cute, so I decided to investigate (or obsess, however you like to call it) and I watched everything he’s a part of. 

Cute doesn’t do him enough justice though. He is, but so much more than that. When his characters cry, I cry. When they’re happy, I’m happy. He lets you feel the emotions his character has so deep , it’s crazy. I mean, he started sooo young, but even then he put everything he had in to it. And he just keeps getting better and better.

I remember watching The Perks Of Being A Wallflower and having all of these mixed emotions. It’s such a powerful story and I honestly couldn’t think of a better Charlie. (shoutout to the entire cast though, because they’re all pretty freaking amazing)

Fuck yeah,

So here’s my drawing of Dylan O’Brien. 

This guy truly is a gift to the world. He is so very talented, funny and sweet. I met him in June 2014 at AlphaCon and he is even more amazing than I could ever imagine. I hadn’t been watching @teenwolf long, but was extremely hooked once I started. I think I rewatched it three times in less than two months. Once I heard Dylan was coming to Europe and AlphaCon was his only visit I just had to go. To be honest the entire convention was super chaotic and kind of a mess, but the actors stayed so sweet. Dylan was injured, but still made sure every single one of us got their photo and autograph. 

I got my drawing signed the first day and was extremely nervous. I didn’t need to be because his mouth fell open when I put it in front of him and he stared at me for like two minutes before he asked ‘Are you sure you want me to sign this? I don’t want to ruin it...’ Like he ever could. I said ‘please’ and he signed it and wrote in a corner ‘You are incredibly talented’. His assistant took a picture of it and he kept saying ‘thank you, oh my god thank you!’ He waved at me when I walked away and I had the biggest smile on my face.

At the party the next evening they got crowded the second they showed up, so they stayed behind tables. I got crushed in the crowd as well so I went outside for some fresh air and not five minutes later Dylan and a few others came out and he saw me. I blurted out ‘Hi Dylan!’ and he looked at me and said ‘Hey! You’re the artist girl!’ He was leaving but before he did he hugged me and thanked me for flying out to see him. It was really 1000% my pleasure, but how sweet is that for him to say?

I will never forget the fact that he actually remembered me and took the time to thank and hug me just for coming to see him and draw him. Simply amazing.

I hope and know he is going to go so far in life. I wish him all the happiness, love and things he wants out of life. Thank you Dylan, for being this incredible person!

My Jared Padalecki drawing I made for @lookingatthehorizonn. She was kind enough to let me share her story of Jared signing it. I love you very dearly my friend <3. 

Story time:

I will never forget the convention where I let Jared Padalecki sign Simone’s drawing. It was JibCon5, May 2014, in Rome. I will never forget meeting my idol after so many tries. I will also never forget how nervous I was, but it was all worth it. 

 When I was queueing for Jared’s autograph, I was shaking and close to tears. And it went all away the moment I stepped forward and he looked me in the eyes. Like it was all okay and there was nothing to worry about. I had Simone’s drawing with me and fumbled with the cords that held the art folder together. Daniela was sitting next to Jared and they both saw how nervous I was. They helped me get the drawing out of the folder and I started to explain to Jared that it was a drawing my best friend had made for me for this special occasion. He totally did not believe me. So I dared him to move his finger on one of the dark patches of the paper. When he looked at this finger afterwards his mouth just fell open. He kept staring from the drawing, to me and back to the drawing again. He was flabbergasted. He asked me who drew it and I immediately lit up and told him about Simone, my best friend. And trust me, I can talk about how great Simone is all day long and Jared just went with it. He signed it and kept saying that he could not believe that this was a real drawing, that someone drew it with their bare hands. Afterwards he looked me straight in the eye and told me to tell Simone that she has a raw talent only a few people have the honor to have on this planet and that she should cherish it at all times. He did not want to give back the drawing, so I told him I put a copy in the envelope had I given at the beginning. He took my hand and thanked me. He could not wait to show it to his wife.

I’ve been lucky enough to meet part of Starkid at several conventions in Europe. The first time I met them was at my second convention ever at Inva3ion, organised by Starfury Conventions. (Honestly one of the best organisations out there, they make you feel so welcome.) Me and my friend were stewards and helped out the staff, which was a great experience. Our shift was in the Photo Op room, which basically means we got to watch them do silly poses/faces for hours. 

The second time was at RingCon and I got to see the Joe Moses Showses and one hell of an amazing concert. At the autograph session Joe signed my drawing. I could tell he really REALLY wanted to draw a mustache on his face, but my best friend (thankfully) stopped him. I’m sorry Joe... 

The third time was G4, a Glee convention. Joey signed my drawing before throwing a paper airplane at Jeff. I also met Darren there and it was totally awesome. He did an acoustic concert for us and some of the Starkids joined in. On a side note: Dylan Saunders, your voice is majestic and fantastic.

I don’t know what it is, but it has never been so easy and fun to make new friends as it is in the Starkid fandom. Everyone’s a little crazy, but that’s okay.

I’m kind of new in the 5SOSFam, but I want to say thanks to all of you who have welcomed me with open arms. It’s been great living in 5sos land with you all. When my friend first introduced me to them, I had no idea I would become such a big fan. But I’m very glad it happened. 

They are such an inspiration. Every single one of them. Their music helped me through some hard times and made me feel happy so often. All the fan stories of meeting them bring a smile to my face. They give us so much with all the touring and the updates and I wish they knew how much I appreciate them.  

I guess there’s no better way for me to say thanks for everything @5sos, then to draw them. As music is their passion, drawing is mine.  

Wishing them all the love and happiness they deserve. I hope they’re enjoying life. Oh, and SLFL Amsterdam was amaaaazing! Two of the best nights of my entire life!
