Going back to my roots and making mood boards and memes

tell us more about Everett's boarding school shenanigans, i'm SO interested

Oh boy, what didn't they do!!!

I'll save the true story about why they're in boarding school for later, but I'm very happy to explain what went on during those three years.

Everett was about 15-16 when they were sent to boarding school, and as shown in the last post they were ready to go nuclear on their family. Contacts with the local paper set up, addresses of family friends and relatives memorized, and a bribe set aside for the mail carrier to get the message out as fast as possible. Not that they'd ever want to of course, but rather as a contingency plan should things at the manor turn sour.

Problem was when you get sent off with barely enough time to pack, it's a bit difficult to carry out your plans.

Because of Everett's history with puzzles (and what they did to get sent off in the first place), they were put under a strict watch. Every outgoing piece of mail was read and inspected to insure no hidden codes or messages were being sent out. There was no way for them to get an ally on the outside.

So naturally they started building their resources inside.

Starting off as the kid from the country who's entering halfway through most people's education, they don't exactly have a strong start. That kind of background could spread rumors quickly if not nipped in the bud.

By presenting themself as the perfect proper student, Everett was now established as a poor, sweet child who has done nothing wrong ever and simply lived with incredibly strict parents :( I mean they don't even send them letters or bring them home for the holidays! How cruel.

Underneath, Everett was gathering as much information as possible. Any mention of who knows what or is from where went into a coded book hidden somewhere no one- not even the staff members- could find.

They used all of it to get what they want, changing face to best worm their way into the hierarchy of the school. They struck a balance between not standing out as anyone exceptional and being known by everyone as a safe person. Teachers saw them as a mediocre to fine student who was earnest about learning and turning their life around. Their fellow students saw them as a confidant who they could tell anything to, and they would help solve whatever problem they had.

Letting little secrets slip here and there to reveal that so and so knows about this and that. Or that someone told me that you were planning on cheating on the next exam, it would be devastating if that got spread around, especially if it made its way to the professors. I'll get it under wraps, if you do me a little favor. I know you're on thin ice with the administration...

The thing about Everett is they will always, always, position themself as someone who is here to help you. They try to avoid being found out as much as possible, and will take measures to assure that. In the off chance that someone does connect the dots and realize that Everett has been responsible for so many arguments, disciplines, betrayals... Well that's when some good old fashion percussive maintenance is pulled out of the tool box. It's the only time Everett themself will get their hands dirty. They're running a one man show here, can't exactly hire goons to beat up a classmate for them. It has to stay small, just them. No one else can know and if they do they'll be delt with, swiftly.

So yeah, TL;DR Everett is running essentially a one person mafia where everyone is a part of it and no one knows.

I mean come on, who could say no to this face!

The question nobody is asking but I get to answer anyway!! Long post ahead, so lock in.

Everett is my newest vampires smp oc, and they're decently self indulgent, so please be nice to them.

Everett is an adventurous noble who likes to run around in the woods and solving puzzles. When they're not actively muddying their clothing, they're putting on a kind and social face for the many events their parents force them to attend.

Living in a countryside estate, they tend to be a bit isolated from the outside world, with the exception being their visits to the capital in the winter. There's not much to do except read, study, or visit the woods, so Everett spends much of their free time looking for mysteries or puzzles to solve. There's always something missing or a strange occurrence going on in the manor!

Uuuuntil there wasn't.

One poorly placed notebook and a huge fight later, Everett gets shipped off to boarding school for 3 years with no contact from their family.

Only getting out recently, Everett has arrived in Oakhurst! Looking for their cousin. Pyro.

What started as a joke about "horseback riding and fencing is sick, I can't believe I took his inheritance"- it's grown waaaaaay out of proportion. And guys... I don't think it's a joke anymore.

Enough backstory though! Onto the many... many sketches and doodles I've done of these losers. Timestamps and comments provided for context. Minor blood warning for 2 of them.

they associate the bandages with being hurt since pyro wasnt in bandages that often. rozalia ends up mentioning it to owen because she always tries to kiss pyro better when hes hurt, and owen has so many bandages she has to try for him too.

She’s called Noa thorpe. I love her. She cannot hold a normal conversation and she has done terrible things!
