Huge non-scale victory. My Blood Pressure is looking kinda good. After taking out sodium and stopping electrolytes completely. My blood pressure finally seems to be leveling out to proper levels after YEARS of trying. Yes I'm still taking medication, unfortunately I realize diet intervention alone isn't enough to regular my BP on this leg of my journey, but soon I will hopefully be at a metabolic state where all no longer need them.
