establish his limitations. some guys do not want their vagina touched in any capacity, some have absolutely no problem. same thing with his chest. 

addendum, if he wants to keep his shirt on, let him. a binder isn’t always necessarily healthy, because of the rigorousness behind sex, but if he feels he needs to bind, let him. (though if you intend to go for a long time, give him breaks if he feels like he still needs to bind, because wearing the binder consecutively can be painful and uncomfortable.) 

do not assume a trans man is a bottom. while there’s nothing wrong with submissive trans guys, we’re Out There, a lot of trans guys can’t bottom because of dysphoria, or just don’t want to because their inclination is dominance. ask him what his preferences are.

a trans man on testosterone will have a very different vagina than someone who does not take testosterone. it can become overly dry, or it can become wet, though the former is more common. it will become much more sensitive than other vaginas, and he can tear if not properly prepared. sometimes this includes lube, too. 

the shape of his vagina will also be different than a non-testosterone vagina. the clitoral hood pushes out, and the clitoris itself often looks like a very small penis, hence why a lot of guys refer to it as their dick. but as i mentioned, some trans men dont even want their vagina to come into play, so to speak.
