Love this picture of Jack Manifold. He looks so virginal and pure, yet the pink sheets invoke feelings of subtle passion and romance. The hand placement implies tenderness and devotion to the personal divine. I’ve always said that Jack is one of the modern reincarnations of Joan D’Arc and I think you can really see that in this image
i made this post during the last few days of a manic episode in which i was having delusions about jack manifold, gerard way, and myself being reincarnations of joan of arc’s fractured soul and during a period of time in which i was self isolating for months in my apartment and hadn’t spoken to anyone or left my room in a week due to “preparing” for the second coming of christ. to this day i have never made a better tumblr post and i will hopefully never be able to recreate the conditions that made this post possible. this is my magnum opus and i hope you all continue to enjoy it

my design philosophy for jrwi characters is glance vaguely at their canon designs and then do whatever i want. if a character has animal features turn them from an anime catgirl into a full-on furry. sometimes canon is wrong and it's up to you to fix that

Ship what you want, I guess, I’m not really all that big on hermitshipping, but keep it out of the charity event. Shipping the creators’ silly block game characters is one thing, but during a real life charity event where so much of the Hermits’ screen time will consist of their real bodies and faces, shipping does border on weird. Maybe that’s just me as an aroace person, maybe it’s basic etiquette. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
On a similar note, let’s be normal about Cleo doing their face reveal. ‘Kay? I’d say they’re being very brave about putting their face out there after being a faceless content creator for such a long time, and it’s for a good cause as well, so I’d better not see anyone being an ass about it.
